Preliminary Changes:
- Alteration to poorly installed ductwork by builder to eliminate unnecessary area with low headroom where the ductwork passed under the beams and to open up the ceiling space above the billiard table area.
- Rotate the hot water tank access from storage room instead of main area.
- Create a walkout rear entrance to yard for easy access to new bathroom from pool. Landscape natural stone walls and steps by Wards Landscape Contracting.
- Tear out the existing oversized foyer at the base of the stairs to be made smaller but still provide a sound barrier between open staircase and basement.
- Provide access to main areas through French pocket doors.
- Provide easy access from stairs to storage area where hockey equipment is to be stored.
- A large room was created for the children to be able to complete their studies in a quite atmosphere.
